Everyone knows the stress of worrying about matching with someone at prom.

Especially if it's one of your friends, since you're gonna be taking a ton of group photos and making TikToks together. But even if it's someone you barely know, Pre-Prom events are huge and you'll probably end up in photos with twenty other girls.

At most schools this gets handled through Instagram accounts. But think about what happens when the person running it lets their friends claim a few of their options, doesn't post every dress DMed to them, or plays favorites. There's no accountability and honestly no way to keep it fair.

There was no website solving this so I figured I'd just build one. I've been taking coding classes for four years and this felt like the right thing to actually make with it.

DressLocked is pretty simple.

You find your school's event, paste the link to your dress, and it's locked. Everyone in your event can see what's taken. If someone tries to lock the same dress they'll know before they spend the money.

It's free, it works with any store, and only people in your event can see anything.
